    i came by here to buy some sandwiches and drinks. when i came, there was no wait. it was located to the right of brodard and next to cho tam bien. i usually get the house special or the chicken baguette. the sandwiches had plenty of veggies and meat. the vegetables complimented the mea well. the bread was well toasted and warm. also, i come here to get regular baguettes. the baguettes are hot and delicious. the iced coffee is ice-cold and tasty.

    I love the grillet! I think they have the best viet coffee in OC! You can go through the mall to get there. It's in the back. There's parking back there, I was soooo confused, having parked by 85 degrees
